Dr. Gussie Branch

Dr. Gussie Branch is a native of Clay County, Alabama, and currently resides in Marshall County, where she owns and practices at her two locations, Eyes on Albertville and Eyes on Guntersville. A 2012 graduate of Judson College with a degree in Chemistry, Dr. Branch went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree from the UAB School of Optometry in 2016. She also serves on the Board of Directors for UABSO Alumni Association, and the Albertville Chamber of Commerce. In addition, she is an active member of the Albertville Rotary Club and Central Baptist Church. Dr. Branch was honored as the ALOA Young Optometrist of the Year in 2021 and Young Alumnus of the Year by UABSO in 2025. She lives in Albertville with her husband, Caleb, and their two children, Eliza and Joseph.
