Dr. Spencer Boozer

Dr. Spencer Boozer is a proud native of Cullman and has served Cullman and surrounding communities’ eye care needs for the past 8 years. Dr. Spencer Boozer received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Auburn University. While at Auburn, Dr. Boozer was active in many organizations and worked on staff for the University in student orientation and community service programs. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the UAB School of Optometry in 2017. He is an alumnus of the AOA Leadership Institute, and he currently serves on the UABSO Alumni Board as well as the VisionAmerica Advisory Board. In 2024, Dr. Boozer was awarded the ALOA Young Optometrist of the Year. Dr. Boozer practices full-scope, primary-care optometry for all ages and specializes in hard-to-fit contact lenses. He has a passion for skiing, world travel, and new experiences. Dr. Boozer currently resides in Cullman with his dog, Denver.
