The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. Our Doctors of Optometry are responsible primarily for providing exceptional customer service and performing comprehensive eye exams. Other qualifications include: self-motivated, goal orientated, team player and opportunity driven.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Sets/implements the clinical standards of care for the center, including, but not limited to: operating practices and procedure, incident tracking/reporting, quality maintenance, updating medication protocol, patient, and occupational health and safety. Ensures all staff, including technicians, are properly trained and executes against these standards. Defines and reports any clinical incidents as necessary. Identifies sources of clinical incidents and implement protocol to prevent further occurrences. Ensures open communication between the center and co-managing doctors at all times regarding patient care, patient outcome.

Job Requirements: Licensed Optometrist

NOTES: Additional Salary Information: $425.00 per day, up to $600.00 per day
